I’ll wager this get a huge number of reblogs, I saw it on Gizmodo. Regardless of the source, that is a powerful bit of hope right there.
I would never call myself a holy person. Not in the traditional sense, at least. But I do know, down to my bones, that music is miraculous, and so is the human mind. This is so wonderful to watch.

On Easter we were talking about how important a full-length mirror is and then five minutes later about how faith can factor into your life in all sorts of different ways. I think she’d be hesitant at first about an iPod, but I taught her how to use an answering machine about 5 months ago, so I think she can use an iPod. And she’d love it.]
